Ian Lavery, the National Chair of The Labour Party was in Hexham at the end of July.
Ian and I visited No. 28 in the east of Hexham.
No. 28 is a community house that offers courses and advice and is an invaluable hub for local people. The community garden at the back houses the Lion’s Men’s shed.
